| Web Master A Stillwater Police Department (SPD) Police Officer
for approx. 8 years and currently assigned to the Patrol Division, Tad Beverage is responsible for
developing this project from an idea into reality. Responsible for all the technical and
administrative aspects associated with this site, Tad has devoted a great deal of his free
time to get us to where we are today, particularly with respect to the design,
development, and configuration of this site. 
Acknowledgements The SPD Web Team would like to take this opportunity to collectively thank the many individuals who have contributed to the development of this site. From textual content, photographs, and ideas and suggestions, the Web Team acknowledges, not only these contributions, but also the individual efforts of the SPD employees who make it possible for us to provide the many services to the citizens of Stillwater. In particular, we would like to thank Major Dave Lester. As facilitator for this project, Major Lester has ensured that we received the support and resources required to develop this site. Content Developer/Editor Raymond McKinney who now lives in Denver, Colorado, was an SPD Senior
Communications Specialist for over 9 years. Raymond has a background in the engineering,
mathematical, and physical sciences. With a degree in Technical Communication, Raymond
found this project to be an exciting challenge, and a pleasure to work with the individual
contributors. Raymond was one of the original members that helped launch, develop, &
edit the Stillwater Police Department's web page. Thanks Raymond for all of your endless
