The Vision of the Stillwater Police Department is an enhanced quality of life for those we serve through excellence in law enforcement activities.

Our mission is to protect life, liberty, property and preserve the peace in the City of Stillwater by:

• Aggressively pursuing all criminals and vigorously seeking their prosecution
• Working in partnership with the community and educating citizens in crime prevention
• Patrolling all city streets in a highly visible manner to deter crime
• Producing accurate reports in a timely manner
• Responding promptly to calls for service
• Continually improving our skills and knowledge
• Providing effective emergency services communications
• Protecting the rights of all citizens
